Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm
Saturday & Sunday, 9am-6pm
Photo Shoots/Castings
Castings and high traffic events require clients to have someone available
to manage the front door.
Film/Video Shoots/ Business Meetings/Professional Events
The shooting area is set back from the street and very quiet but it is not soundproof.
We cannot guarantee the noise level.
Rules:
Professional events only, not available for private parties.
Rental start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean-up.
Rental area includes One Car Garage, Foyer, Ground Floor Bathroom, Kitchen and Main Room/Studio
(Rental excludes use of Front Room/Office
and Second Floor).
Catering and Outside Food is allowed.
Rental rates are charged by the hour
with a six hour minimum.
Off-site Business Meetings are limited to no more than 25 persons.
Extra fees may apply for booking the studio outside of our standard hours
(8AM - 6PM M-F 9AM - 6PM Sat/Sun)
Proof of Liability Insurance is Required. Renters must provide the studio with a Certificate of Insurance listing Sintak Studio as an Additional Insured.
Full Payment is due on the day of, or before the rental.
